Topic: Elder Care & Awareness
This three-part talk provides participants with practical knowledge and skills to support the care and well-being of older adults, as well as raising awareness of common issues affecting seniors.
Part 1: Understanding Ageing and Elder Needs

Participants will learn about the physical, emotional, and social changes that accompany ageing and gain insight into the needs and challenges faced by older adults.
The program aims to equip participants with practical knowledge and awareness to enhance the quality of life, safety, and well-being of older adults.

演讲者简介:
曾翠娴目前任职于恩群社区服务，除了策划、监督行政管理和设计审核工作外也积极参与培训和推广活跃乐龄和终身学习的生活原则。不断推动社区关怀和家庭生活教育
等有关领域的教学。

Speaker Profile:
Tan Chan Chui Han Carol, 69 years old graduated at Edith Cowan University, Carol is a dedicated community worker who has overcome health challenges and continues to contribute to the community through her work at En Community Society Services, focusing on empowering individuals to embrace active ageing and lifelong learning.
