Speaker Profile: Mr. Ong Zhen Yuan
Zhen Yuan is our Senior Social Worker from Care Services in Dementia Singapore.
As a dementia care practitioner, Zhen Yuan believes in working with people from all walks of life, supporting families as they surface their told and untold stories, in hope that it helps situate people away from a singular understanding of themselves, their diagnosis or problem. In the process of facilitating discovery of family new identities, family may be empowered during this journey of providing care. With his years of invaluable experience supporting family care partners in their journey caring for their loved ones diagnosed with dementia, Zhen Yuan aims to assist all to live well in the community.
