我们的生活节奏可能会随着我们的生活而改变，但让我们继续前进的是持续不断的心跳节奏。我们可能会体验到激情高涨或生活中的平静，但绝不应该错过任何一个节拍。让这个高度互动的乐龄和青少年体验式学习工作坊，再次振奋您的节奏、激发您对生活的奋发与热情。从华尔兹到探戈，从恰恰到伦巴，参与者将有机会尝试学习不同打击乐器，并可能在木箱鼓、筒鼓、马来鼓、中国鼓、钹、铃鼓等中掌握一两种演奏技巧。这充满活力的节目将在一场由年轻人和‘心境年轻的人’举办的即兴打击乐音乐会中达到高潮结束。

Our rhythm of life may change as we journey along in life, but it is the continuous heartbeat that keep us going. We may experience the adrenaline high or a tranquility calm in life but should never missed a beat. Let’s this highly interactive experiential learning workshop for seniors and youths excite your rhythm again and stimulate your zeal and passion for life. From waltz to tango, cha cha to rumba, participants will be treated to a sample of different percussion instruments and pick up the skill in one or two, among the cajon, tom-tom, kompang, Chinese drum, cymbal, tambourine etc. This energizing program will climax in an impromptu percussion concert put up by the young and ‘young-at-heart’ as a finale.
